Bring A Friend to Jesus

Hi Everyone, Yesterday during our Sunday School class, we looked at the story of the four friends who brought their paralyzed friend to Jesus. There was no place for the men to enter the house so they went to the roof and lowered him down to Jesus. We had a great discussion with the kids about how to bring their friends to Jesus. The story is found in the 2nd chapter of the Gospel of Mark.

It is so exciting to see how the kids are thinking beyond themselves. We are looking at having an activity which will give the kids a chance to bring their friends and share about Jesus. I can't wait to see how it all works out.

I hope by the time we have the activity the weather will have warmed up. We have had a fairly mild winter so far but I took a look at the upcoming weather forecast & it doesn't look so good. We are suppose to get a pretty good blast of cold air coming from Russia--I'm already wearing 2 layers of clothes--I may have to go for three :-)
